What is a PRP® bulk carton?
A PRP® bulk carton contains 22.7kg of PRP®. PRP® Powder is an organic bioremediation accelerator that vastly shortens the time it takes for hydrocarbons to break down into CO2 and H2O.
What is PRP®?
PRP® is the product of choice for quick containment of actual and anticipated oil and fuel spills on water. Kept near potential spill areas, PRP® can be a ready response when a hydrocarbon spill occurs. Also, placed in strategic locations, PRP® can restrict the spread of an expected spill. Examples of this would be in interceptor tanks and around machinery that leaks.
Many products simply contain a spill, and that is where PRP is different. Aside from quickly containing a hydrocarbon spill, PRP® will also biodegrade the contaminant, then biodegrade itself. As there are no secondary contaminants left, your disposal costs are reduced or eliminated.
When a spill happens in open water, marinas, holding ponds or marinas, containment is key. PRP® can contain a spreading spill while the PRP® inside absorbs and then bioremediates the pollution.
